Privacy Policy
Gradda compares ticket prices and emails you when they drop. That needs one piece of personal data — your email address — and we'd rather explain exactly what happens to it than bury it.

Who is responsible
Gradda is operated by Block Studio LLC, which is the data controller for everything described here. For anything in this policy, including requests to see or delete your data, write to joaquin@blockstudio.co.
What we collect
Your email address, and only when you create a price alert. We store it alongside the game or tournament you asked about, the price you set and the number of tickets. That is the whole record.
Outbound clicks. When you click through to a marketplace we record which event and which site, the date, the page you came from, your browser's user agent and the country your request arrived from. We do not store your IP address.
Site analytics. We use Plausible and DataFast to count visits. We don't use advertising cookies and we don't build profiles of visitors.
We never ask for, and never store, payment details. Gradda does not sell tickets.
Why we're allowed to hold it
For your email address, because you asked us to email you — consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any alert or writing to us. For outbound clicks and analytics, our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works and which marketplaces people choose.
Who else sees it
Only the services that make the site run: Vercel hosts it, Neon stores the database, and Resend delivers the emails. Analytics goes to Plausible and DataFast. Prices come from tickets.dev, which never receives anything about you.
We don't sell your data and we don't share your email with the ticket marketplaces. When you follow a link to one of them you are on their site, under their policy, and we may earn a commission on a purchase.
How long we keep it
An alert and its email address are kept until the event has passed or you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Click records are kept for two years in aggregate form. Ask us to delete your data and we will, without asking why.
Your rights
If you're in the UK or the EU you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or complain to your national data protection authority. One email to us is enough — there's no form.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the date at the top changes and we email anyone with an active alert. See also our terms.
